Not since the days of Chaz Smoot has Anderson been on the Division III men's basketball map at this point in the season. But after two tight games with teams that have each been ranked No. 1, coupled with a win against Top 10 Elmhurst, the Ravens are back in the spotlight.

Even the two losses can be a significant learning experience. And the win, well, it brings more than a little confidence and more than a little notoriety for a team hoping to improve on last year's 10-6 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference finish.
